Our Mission

HIMAWANTI is recognized by its stakeholders to be a strong civil society association that ensures the rights of women in natural resources (land, water, forest), while exercising absolute democracy. HIMAWANTI hopes to see the organization as a national level organization within 15 years dedicated to protecting, preserving, and utilizing natural resources within different areas of Nepal by strengthening women’s role in it.
